Established in 2005, ASAPU is a national professional body that unites Secretaries and Administrative Professionals from across Uganda, including those at Embassies.
The Association exists to raise professional standards through continuous learning, skills development, networking, and advocacy. We promote ethical conduct, professionalism, and a positive image of the administrative profession in both public and private sectors.
ASAPU collaborates with similar associations across Africa and maintains linkages with international professional bodies worldwide. We also manage the Secretaries & Administrative Professionals in Uganda (SAPU) SACCO to foster a strong savings and investment culture among members.
